Western University students will have an opportunity to engage with 55+ employers across various industries and professions and to learn more about future career paths as Western’s Student Success Centre hosts its annual Career Fair on Thursday, September 25.

“In an ever-changing job market, connecting with employers can help students identify opportunities that match their own interests and skills, and understand the types of skills currently being sought by these organizations,” says Kate Baker, Employer Relationship Developer at The Student Success Centre. “Throughout the year we’re helping students with their career development plans, and the Career Fair is an effective way to provide them the opportunity to meet potential employers in person and make valuable connections.”

More than 1,500 students are expected to attend the Career Fair, where they can also receive free on-the-spot resume and cover letter feedback courtesy of Western’s Employment Resource Centre (WERC).
