Vice-Chair of Mental Health Commission of Canada to speak at Western

Patrick Dion, Vice-Chair of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, will deliver a lecture at Western University on Wednesday, March 5 about tackling the stigma of mental health issues, as well as courageously standing up against associated discrimination.

The lecture, scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Western’s Great Hall in Somerville House, is a Western community event by registration only but media are invited to attend or speak with Dion following the event.

A nationally recognized voice for mental health and wellness, Dion is frequently invited to speak on reforming Canada’s mental health system.
