The Centre for Research & Education on Violence Against Women & Children (CREVAWC) at Western University’s Faculty of Education has co-developed a free and accessible online training program that helps employees in post-secondary institutions provide positive support to sexual violence survivors.

The training is in response to the provincial government’s mandate that all of Ontario’s post-secondary institutions develop standalone sexual violence policies.

Barb MacQuarrie, CREVAWC Community Director, will share details with Western faculty and staff on Monday, February 25.

Media are invited to attend the launch. Interviews are available following the scheduled remarks.
