Following months of low transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 in the community, public health data and hospitals are reporting an uptick in COVID-19 cases and related hospitalizations.

As fall approaches, Western University experts are available to comment on the emerging variants of SARS-CoV-2, the combined effects of COVID-19, influenza and RSV, and what it could mean for the community and the health system, and what precautions families should consider as students return to school.
