Western University experts are taking lead roles on the scientific committee for the Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research held in London from April 25 to 28.

The Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research, the largest gathering of HIV researchers in Canada, will be held at RBC Place London from April 25 to 28. The conference brings together over 550 researchers from the U.K., U.S. and Canada who are the cutting edge of HIV/AIDS research in many fields.

Western University experts are taking lead roles on the scientific committee for the conference and are available to speak to media about their research and the conference.

Areas of expertise: Impact of addiction in women and their risk for infectious complications of drug use, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV in developing countries, screening for cancer in patients living with HIV.
