Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is.
As part of the national festivities, Western University’s Centre for Planetary Science and Exploration (CPSX), in collaboration with the Department of Physics & Astronomy, the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) and the Planetary Society (London Chapter), is hosting an event on Saturday, September 24 at the Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory to engage the community of southwestern Ontario with several family-friendly space science activities.
